Tiny Champs (3-4)
Our Tiny Champs kids martial arts program helps preschoolers build confidence, coordination, and listening skills through fun, age-appropriate training. This early childhood martial arts class creates a safe and supportive environment where young students learn focus and positive behavior. Designed specifically for toddlers, it builds confidence early, improves coordination and focus, and supports positive behavior development.
Little Champs (5-7)
The Little Champs children’s karate program teaches discipline, respect, and beginner self-defense through high-energy martial arts training. Kids at this age thrive in structured classes that boost focus, responsibility, and emotional control. This program strengthens discipline and focus, teaches emotional regulation, and builds foundational martial arts skills that set students up for long-term success.
Champs (8-12)
Our Champs youth martial arts program blends karate, kickboxing, and practical self-defense to build confidence, strength, and resilience. Students learn how to stay calm under pressure, communicate respectfully, and push through challenges with a positive attitude. This age-specific training enhances confidence and resilience, improves communication skills, and builds strong physical and mental habits during crucial developmental years.
Teens/Adults (13+)
The Teens martial arts program focuses on real-world self-defense, advanced striking skills, and improved mental clarity for today’s fast-paced world. Training provides teens with a healthy outlet for stress while helping them build discipline, leadership, and confidence. This empowering program reduces stress in healthy ways, builds discipline and leadership, and strengthens focus and responsibility as teens navigate young adulthood.
